I love the FLSUN spool holder by Matěj! But, the cone provided in his model didn't quite work as well as I'd like. My spools would slip off the back of the cone, and then not roll well. So I designed this to fit inside the spools. It has a large lip on the back, so there's no slipping off, and the spool holder by Matej already has a lip on the front, to keep it on that way. The bushing has a 53.5mm diameter and fits great in both Voxel PLA and Polymaker spools. (I haven't tried others yet). If you need a different size, let me know! Print Settings: I used a 0.4 mm nozzle with 0.2mm layer height and 0.8 mm line width. Just slow your printer down so the volume of the .8 mm line doesn't overwhelm your hotend/extruder. The walls on the model are 0.8 mm, so it only takes one line per layer, and this helps speed things up a lot. The reason I went with this is I had originally wanted to make it work in vase mode, but my Cura skills aren't good enough to get it to print in vase mode, with a base, and to leave the hole open. (If anyone knows how to accomplish this, please let me know, and I'll add a vase mode model) Hope this helps you out, too!
