1. Who we are

3D Print World is a small-batch resin 3D printing service operating from Auckland, New Zealand. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Made-to-order products

Every item is printed after you order it. We don't hold inventory. This means lead times of 1-3 business days for printing plus 1-4 business days for NZ shipping. Larger or more complex pieces may take longer - we'll email you if so.

3. Design ownership

Where a product page shows a Design credit panel, the underlying 3D model was created by an independent sculptor and is used under the terms of an open Creative Commons licence (CC-BY, CC-BY-SA, CC0, or CC-BY-ND). The credit and link on each product page is the attribution required by those licences. We pay for the printing and finishing; the original sculptor owns the design.

4. Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout: $10 NZ standard, $20 express, free on orders over $75.

5. Refunds & replacements

Made-to-order means we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Faulty, damaged-in-transit, or wrong-item orders will be replaced or refunded - email us within 14 days with photos.

6. Liability

3D-printed resin parts are decorative unless explicitly sold otherwise. Don't use them for food contact, weight-bearing applications, or anywhere safety matters. Resin is non-toxic when cured but should be kept away from young children who may put parts in their mouths.
