Washers for M12, (strong ones, t ~3mm) or a combination of washers to distribute the load/pressure1 threaded rod M12, ~250mm 3 Nuts M12Grease for thread and bushingsNothing more to add here. If you don't know how to use, you most probably don't need it. Print: Extrudr ASA DuraPro, no supports. 30% Infill. But PETG should be Ok too.
