Both rings that support the headphone extension broke due to their flimsy design. The rings flexed and eventually failed under stress. I modeled the dimensions in Fusion 360 and designed a pair of clamp reinforcements. After installing the clamps, everything works great - the headphones themselves are still solid and the folding mechanism function is unchanged. The parts print with minimal supports on a Sovol SV06 using generic Kingroon PLA, print time is about 10 minutes on my setup. I’ve included the G-code file. Once printed, you’ll need a couple of small M2×20 mm bolts to clamp them in place. Update 23.05.2026: i also added more beefier version, xm6_hinge_repair_rev3 file
