The Beats Studio 3 headband commonly breaks where it meets the folding articulation. Mine were not spared. May also work for other Beats Studio, Studio 2 and Studio Pro. This was only tested on the Beats Studio 3, for which it is a perfect fit. Original size adjustment and foldability features are maintained. This part was specifically designed to be very flexible in torsion, as to avoid breaking and failure seen in the original part design, while keeping its necessary "clamping" stiffness to stay secured on your head. I found the original headband to be fairly tight on the head so I designed this one to be a bit more comfortable and relaxed. __________ It consists of 2 printed parts assembled via small machine screws. Additional parts you will need: - M3 machine screws, 16mm length, hex socket head. (more walls will make the model too stiff and cause it to break, flexibility is needed) - Infill: Gyroid with 5-7mm spacing. - Support On (for most printers). - Raft (for most printers). PETG may be more durable. Mine were printed with a quality PLA and work perfectly. Material choice is up to you. Please share your feedback and experience your build. I will roll improvements into the next design revisions. Note: You must remove the original headband and the small metal pieces around the folding articulation for this headband to be installed. Be careful not to damage the flat wire connecting both speakers.
