Your kid, as a superhero
Their face, their pose, a costume of their own. Stylised, hand painted, and made in time for the day.
Your idea, made real
Every kid has a version of themselves who can fly. This is that version, on a shelf: their face, their hair, a heroic pose, and a costume that belongs to them rather than to a film studio. We have had this request through our quote form, so here is how it works, and how to make sure it arrives in time for a birthday or Christmas.
A stylised figure exaggerates on purpose: a slightly bigger head, a heroic stance, a cape that moves. What has to stay true is the face, the hair and the expression, because that is what makes a kid recognise themselves. We sculpt those from your photos and stylise the rest.
We design the costume with you rather than copying a studio's character. Their colours, their symbol, their initial on the chest. It makes the figure theirs, and it keeps it clear of anyone else's trademarks.
You see renders before anything is printed and can ask for changes. It is then printed in resin and hand painted in full colour.
The quote comes back within one working day with a lead time. Sculpting is the slow part, so for a birthday or Christmas, give us the real date in the form and tell us whether it can move. If it cannot be met, we will say so rather than take the job and miss it.
We would rather make them their own. A studio's characters and logos belong to that studio, and a costume of their own design makes the figure theirs. They can still have the feel of one: a cape, a mask, a symbol of their choosing.
Please let them. Photograph their drawings and upload them with the form. Their ideas about colours and powers often turn out to be the best part of the figure.
Daylight, no hat, the face straight on at their eye level, and a natural expression rather than a camera smile. Add a couple of full-length photos for their build. Phone photos are fine.
A natural, true-to-life figurine of a person from photos, with real proportions rather than a big head.
The player character you created in a game, sculpted from screenshots, with a companion if you like.
Your child's drawing sculpted in 3D exactly as they drew it, wonky arms and all.
A figurine of yourself from photos, in your own clothes, your work gear or your favourite outfit.
