The model is designed in such a way that it can be put on a zipper without unsewn the ends for the easiest possible installation. Therefore, it consists of several parts. I printed this with ABS, I think PETG would work just as well. But if you decide to do this with PLA, keep in mind that when heated to 50 degrees Celsius, PLA becomes soft, which will lead to breakage. Direct sunlight can heat it up to more than 50C, just keep that in mind. I printed 0.2 at 0.6 width on a standard 0.4 nozzle, but you can adjust your parameters. Since gaps are very critical for assembling the part, printer calibration, as well as filament manufacturer tolerance, can affect the final quality of the product. The best solution is to change the Flow. If you can't put the top part on the pin, you should reduce the flow. If the part dangles after seating, increase the filament flow in the printer or slicer settings. And if after successful printing you encounter the fact that the printed parts are not enough or are too tight on your zipper, just try changing the size of all the parts in the slicer. Literally 2-3 percent can make a big difference.
