For a while wanted to create a toothbrush holder for our bathroom and finally got around working on it. Wanted the holder to have space enough for a good amount of brushes. I also wanted some place to put the toothpaste tubes (the ones you store upright. Created slots/openings in the bottom so water doesn't sit in the holder for long. The structure in the middle is for giving it a bit more strength. The elliptical openings are for decoration, venting and to save some filament. I added the step and obj file version in case anybody wants to modify the design. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 15% Filament: eSun PLA+ Grey How I Designed This =================== I designed the holder with Fusion 360. Simply created a first sketch with 3 circles. One for the center compartment and 2 for the toothpaste holders. Then in the sketch I used some helper lines and circular patterns to define the center column elliptical shape. Then it was a matter of extruding the parts to the right height and rounding things of with fillets. Lastly I created the oval hole in the exterior and again used a circular pattern to create the other holes. Category: Bathroom
