There are two versions of the drawers. v1 - For the older sunlu spool (black plastic, 8 small holes for holding filament in place reused for drawer “hinge”)v2 - For the new sunlu spool (blue plastic, 6 small holes for holding filament in place reused for drawer “hinge”)Keep it simple, it doesn't appear to need special consideration. Printed on my X1C 0.28mm heightBambu Lab PLA2 wallsAdaptive cubic infill 15% They should snap fit and they will be quite snug in the spool, you may have to flex the spool walls a bit to slide it in and out, which is one flaw in the design, but the drawers won't spin out/open on their own. Update 2025-01-03To reduce material usage, I reduced the number of top and bottom layers. I also switched to gyroid infill. This is reflected in the uploaded 3MF file. Added stacking parts so spools can stack vertically and rotate freely. There's a v1 base and a v2 base both of which can be joined using the provided threaded rodThe threaded rod should be printed on it's flat side.The step files have the thread and base attached, separate them before printingThe threaded rod has a 1 inch hole for a wooden dowel to add stability as the stack growsThe stacking base is somewhat loose fit to allow clearance to rotate the spool, but technically by stacking multiple and tightening spools together (vertically along the threaded rod) the bases will add friction to the spool below reduce how freely they rotate or could even couple the bases together. Keep an eye on this as you stack to avoid locking up a drawer.
