The bigger the size, the easier it would be to post-process the model (printed mine scale: 50%). Infill % up to you. I used 0.2 on the shield for faster printing, and 0.1 on the rest for the details and it turned out great. The horns were the toughest to clean and get it to sit flush on the skull, take your time with it sanding/carving with cutter knife. I assembled all pieces using super glue, and the skull + jaw were secured on the shield using (M2x10) screws, it is a tight fit so try to loosen it first by screwing it without the skull first.
