This pulley is split in half to make it easy to print and keep the layer lines optimally oriented. The body parts is threaded with M8 threads, but a 1/4" bolt can fit through just fine. Print two of each part for a full assembly, as shown in the photos. Castelations in the pulley wheel prevent the rope from separating the two halves and slipping between the segments. The pulley wheel is also split to keep the bearing centered in the wheel. Tie off the large opening to the fixed end and run your rope through the pulley. Print with a strong set of settings. Total strength will depend on material and slicer settings, and I have not yet tested one of these to failure. One is holding up a heavy bike in the garage though, so they are practical!
