This replaces the internal sliding part on a hot wheels slam/smash launcher thingy. I made this specifically to fix a snapped part in the "Hot Wheels Action Double Loop Dash Playset". I know there are some variations of their launchers though, so this may not work for launchers in other sets. It's not a 1:1 re-creation of the original part, but seems to work from my initial testing. You'll need to unscrew and remove the two sides of the launcher to insert the new part. The arm of the launcher should just socket into the taller part of the model, and you should be able to push the thinner part through the base slot. The main issue is ensuring the part slides well and does not get stuck. Printing in PETG seems to be better than PLA for sliding (and maybe impact strength too). I printed it upside-down (So need supports to hold up the base which cars would sit above) to ensure that there's no rougher (support) surfaces left on sliding surfaces. A little grease may help also. I've included a STEP file so you can more easily improve/tweak the design where needed.
