A gear that is compatible with Lego Technic, it is 64 tooth. Used an involute tooth generator by Robert Conkling for Solidworks. https://grabcad.com/library/robust-involute-spur-gear-generator-solidworks-1 Print instructionsPrinted in PETG, supports required because of the little nubs on both sides of the gear. .15 layer height, 3 perimeters, 20% infill. Highly suggest Elephant Foot compensation. The three perimeters allows the teeth to be solid, while the body is infill.
