I remixed the 32mm version of this adapter to fit a 38mm hose so I can connect it to my pool vacuum. this should require minimal support under the inner circle. If you want to use default support make sure it is on build plate only or you'll have a hard time removing it from the thread. I printed it on ender 3 V2 with PLA+ but you might want to use PETg. mine is stored inside in between 2 uses so it stays in shape. Note I attached step and shapr3D files in case you want to adapt it to your needs
