This is a fun print that combines two things that don't belong together. You really can't say it's useless because you could totally use it as a spray nozzle on your garden hose with an HD water stream... This was a combination of two items from Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:551238 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:10189 The garden hose threads fit nicely on a real hose, and they can be printed without support at 0.2mm layer height. I have included several different file formats if you would like to modify the part for your own purposes. Have fun!
