Add paint on supports to the inside of the outlet area and the bottom curve. Use 2 cable ties to secure the 8mm silicone hose to the support bracket so that the air enters the part at the correct angle. With this small (8mm) ID the air is quite directional so if the hose is at an angle right at the entrance to the duct then the air will primarly come out of one of the cooling duct outlets at the nozzle. There is an air splitter that goes all the way up to the entrance too, so maybe thats enough to protect against this effect…
