Connect your sander to your vacuum cleaner. The OpenSCAD source file is provided so you can modify the model to suit your need. This is for a Bosch ROS20VS random orbital sander. The inside diameter of the vacuum hose is 38 mm. The outside diameter of the sander exit vent is 28mm. This sander has 8 little bumps on the exit vent. The adapter has groves that allow it to slide over the bumps. To lock it in place, slide it on, rotate it, then pull it out. This adapter works well. It doesn't fall off.
