This fastener is sized for a 6mm hole, with a 14.1mm head diameter. It can be scaled as needed. The model is based on the dimensions of Honda part no. 90683-GR1-003. I used it to attach body panels on a Honda CBR929RR. Compared to other 3D printable push rivet designs, this design features: - Only one shank split for a stronger shank - A side-printed pin for optimal layer orientation - Positive pin retention - A slightly pre-expanded shank that stays in the hole even without the pin inserted Recommended Print SettingsPrint the rivet body on its head, pointing up.
