I had some extra 6001 bearings, so I figured I would try designing some medium duty pulleys. I sized the v-roller to fit 550 cord, and mine works flawlessly. I used 6001 bearings just because I had them on hand, but I also found a 10 pk for $10.40 on Amazon. 6001 bearing size: 12mm ID, 28mm OD, 8mm thick. For a single pulley Print 2 matching housings and 1 V-Roller for each pulley.
